For over 35 years, Luc Martin has been a well-known leader in the community of Gesgapegiag. He has been Councillor for the Mi’gmaq of Gesgapegiag Band and an active employee for the Gesgapegiag Police, Fire, and Public Works Departments. Currently retired, Luc Martin remains the owner of two retail outlets in the community of Gesgapegiag, Depanneur Martin and Maltans.
